TT2 helps the 55,000+ customers who use the Tyne Tunnels each day to have the best journey experience possible and we have an exciting opportunity for a full time Site Trainer Lead to join our friendly team at our premises in North Tyneside.
About this career opportunity
This is a new role and we are looking for a proactive team member, who can support the Training Lead in supporting the implementation of the training strategy, establish engagement and develop training sessions across the business.
Main role responsibilities (Please see Job Description for full details)
- Support the Training Lead in the delivery of the overall strategy
- Confidently deliver pre-existing material
- Ensure all training material is current, compliant, within brand guidelines and up to date
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Implement each stage of the training cycle and feedback results to key stakeholders
- Drive to raise the profile and importance of training and coaching throughout the organisation by engaging with stakeholders from every department
The ideal candidate
You will have or be working towards a recognised training qualification such as level 3 AET, A1 Assessors award, Train the Trainer or equivalent qualification.
You will have previous experience in a similar role.
You will have the ability to motivate learners through open communication and goal setting.
You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn additional programmes.
You will be fully supported with in-house induction training to ensure you have the best knowledge to carry out your role.
