TT2 Volunteers at Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter

Last month, our TT2 team members rolled up their sleeves and headed to the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter to lend a helping paw!

Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter helps animals that are lost, unwanted, neglected, abused and abandoned. They reunite lost animals with their owners and find loving new homes for those no longer wanted.

Our dedicated employees spent their day immersed in a variety of tasks, from giving the shelter a fresh coat of paint to tending to the gardens and ensuring the animals had all the supplies they needed.

We’re proud to support such an incredible cause, and it’s fantastic to see our team members giving back to the community. TT2 employees enjoy a generous 8 hours of paid volunteering each year to support causes close to their hearts.

In addition to our volunteer efforts, we are proud to announce that TT2 has donated £400 to the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter through our Core Values Recognition program. This program recognises and rewards employees who demonstrate our company’s core values of Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, and Dedication. The monthly winner chooses a charity to receive a £200 donation, and we are thrilled that our team members Pam & Agnes selected the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter as May’s recipient followed by volunteering in June.

We believe in supporting local organisations that make a positive impact on our community, and we are committed to giving back in any way we can.
