At TT2 our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) plan aims to support our local community and encourage sustainable change in the area. Our team have been getting involved in a variety of events and causes, supporting charities with donations and staff volunteering as well as environmental activities.
In 2024 alone, we have worked closely with over 40 charities including St John’s Ambulance, Crisis, Greggs Foundation and Cancer Research as well as lots of smaller charities and grassroots groups like Wag & Co, which provides doggy company to lonely people and Anxious Minds which helps people facing mental health challenges. We have introduced a number of sustainable changes and projects internally as well as carbon neutral initiatives to support our journey to a more sustainable future for the Tyne Tunnels.
We have lots of exciting partnerships and CSR activities coming up this year, stay up to date and learn more about the work we are doing below.
