TT2 Limited, the operator of the iconic Tyne Tunnels, is looking to recruit a full time (37 hours) Process Improvement Lead at its premises in North Tyneside to help take the organisation through an exciting period of change and growth. We have great plans for the business and are therefore seeking an exceptional individual who can support the Customer Experience Lead in ensuring we offer a first-class service to our customers and stakeholders, understanding and assessing key data and developing plans and processes to improve the customer experience. As Process Improvement Lead you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring customer interactions, understanding our customers’ expectations, proposing and implementing new processes which will optimise the customer experience ensuring it is first-class. You will support and work alongside other teams and departments implementing business improvement processes which will support the strategic aims of the business. Experience & Qualifications required:
- Process design and improvement (3 years)
- Design and map end to end customer journeys (3 years)
- Lean and Six Sigma (green belt or above)
