Pre-Paid accounts now have a fresh new look! Following customer feedback, the sign-up, sign-in and account portal have all been redesigned to be more user-friendly, as well as introducing some new features!
Notifications
An updated notification management page will give you the option to opt-in and out of notifications, including a new addition enabling you to opt-in for notifications when your toll is deducted from your account after your passage and when a vehicle is added to your account.
Help Guides
Walk through guides under the “Help” menu for a guided tour on managing your account, viewing activity, topping up, enabling Auto Top-up, adding a vehicle or for advice on creating an account after you have travelled.
Sign-up Updates
New account holders will receive prompts during sign-up for adding a vehicle and funds as well as in-account reminders after sign-up if required.
